Tara Reid Sharknado performance not enough for return in sequel
From MSN Now
Toney Atkins comments: AWWWWW! Poor Tara. Admittedly, I still haven't sat through the whole SyFy movie despite its repeats, and I probably won't spend money to see it on the big screen at midnight shows as the studio takes advantage of the Twitter-induced craze. I certainly hope that the sequel will be better than the original, although being really bad is being really good these days, especially on SyFy.
UPDATE: I like the movies that ombine chills and smiles: Take "Big=Assed Spider," for instance, premiered April 19, 2014. The title screams "awful," I found the effort to be a fun diversion. It was flawed, of course, but was a little bit scary. The characters worked well together in some outrageous situations and the humor was intended. I didn't fall asleep during it, as I did on two occasions of trying to watch "Sharknado." Based on the closing scene, the spider hero will next be fighting giant cockroaches, with more hokey, but fun to watch, special effects.
REMINDER: "Sharknado 2" is coming to SyFy in July 2014.
