Toney Atkins comments: Be healthier than I! Call me a hypochondriac if you will (or if you can pronounce it), but I wish that I had kept up with medical information when I was younger. Admittedly, I am a bit depressed that I have hit the landmark landing me in my so-called "golden years," and I realize, facing fact not paranoia, that my days or years (I hope) are indeed numbered. I consider myself to be blessed by God that my health problems are probably much more minimal than they should be. I urge all readers to keep up with health news and information from reliable sources, and you may live many more years than you otherwise would.
